I currently use Brandwatch and Facebook Audience Insights to determine targets for posts. I also develop monthly activity reports to review social reach and engagement. At Jack Morton Worldwide, I used programs like NetBase and Sysomos to develop data-driven content strategies for our clients. 


Collaborative. 

At Penguin Random House Audio, I work cross-functionally on a team of sixteen marketers, publicists, designers, and developers. When I pitch an idea, I work with a designer to determine the best iteration of a concept and provide creative direction. Since joining the audio team, we’ve created a motion logo for social posts that indicates sound should be on while viewing our content. I’ve also produced a series of animated book covers with matching audio to promote specific titles. 


Strategtic.

One of the primary KPIs for the audio group is to use social media to drive traffic back to the audio site. I made a strategic modification to our monthly social media giveaway that embedded the giveaway tool into a blog post. This change helps increase monthly blog views by more than 200% every time we host a giveaway.
